Paul Brown

 

For over twenty years Paul Brown has worked with non-profits, fast growth, transitioning and underperforming companies and organizations in multiple industries including medical, finance, construction, retail, professional services, communications, manufacturing and technology. Additionally, he has helped numerous family-owned businesses work through the challenges faced when transitioning the business to successors. Paul has worked with clients throughout the continental United States, Hawaii and Europe. Prior to forming BROWNSTONE, he worked at Moss Adams LLP, the largest accounting and consulting firm in the western part of the United States, where he directed the ownership succession and strategic planning services in the Spokane, WA office. At BROWNSTONE he oversees the general direction of the practice while providing senior level oversight to our work. Paul is a published writer and a frequent conference and seminar speaker. He has a graduate degree in leadership and organizational renewal, advanced certificates in business process modeling, and is a proud member of the University of Iowa Alumni Association.

 

John Kupice

Over the past twenty-five years, John Kupice has provided business growth, management and capital acquisition consulting and services for over 200 entrepreneurial and high growth companies, taking several from “breakeven” to “high growth.” An experienced business professional, John has been extensively involved in strategic planning; mergers and acquisitions; capital procurement; value and wealth creation; business migration services; process improvement; enterprise resource planning (ERP) design, selection and implementation; project management; business process outsourcing; and infrastructure planning. He specializes in helping companies grow through market expansion, capitalization, mergers and acquisition, and infrastructure build outs (people, process and technology). John has been a CEO of technology companies and an outsourced CEO, COO, CTO and CFO for high growth companies.

 

James D. Rockenbach

Jim Rockenbach has over twenty-two years of global sales management, market strategy and business development experience. Jim has a well earned reputation for building, leading and mentoring cross-functional sales and business development teams that consistently reach new levels of performance and growth. As the founding partner of FastFire, Jim developed the innovative and effective “market capture” system, introducing it to PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP, Merck, Eli Lilly, Morgan Stanley, SunGuard, Fidelity Investments and other world class global leaders. The “market capture” process helps companies help identify and create strategic marketing partners leading to high growth. He is a published author and frequent university lecturer and attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Most recently Jim has been instrumental in introducing newly patented medical protocols and devices medical equipment in the U.S. market.
